Every visit has a one-hour minimum on site.

Prices are PM labor only. The trip fee applies to every PM visit, and parts, filters, oils and fluids, freight and any applicable tax are added. Parts and fluid costs vary by machine and oil capacity and are included in your machine-specific quote. Once you accept a PM quote, the labor price stays fixed for the agreed scope.
Trip fee
One trip fee per visit, set by the round-trip drive time from Venus. Drive time isn't also billed by the hour.

How billing works
- Quoted before schedulingYour PM scope and total quote, including the trip fee, labor, parts and fluids, are confirmed for your machine and location before the visit is scheduled.
- Parts, fluids and freightParts are billed at manufacturer list price, with no added markup above list price. Freight is listed separately. Filters, oils and fluids are also itemized on your estimate, and any applicable tax is added to the invoice.
- Your approval firstAny added work is quoted, and you approve it, before I do it.
- Paying as the job goesPayment accepted: Zelle, cash, or check. Approved parts are paid for before I order them, and that payment is credited on your invoice. Labor is due after each visit or agreed stage of the job.
